When will I receive my order?
Each product is made to order, so please allow 2 - 7 business days for production of your product, , after which it’s shipped out.
Also, keep in mind that if a federal holiday lands on a business day, that is not counted as a business day.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
Latvia: 3- 4 business days.
International: 5-15 business days.
Please note that it could take more time depending on where you are located. Also, keep in mind that your local customs may cause a delay, unfortunately we have no control over this. Thank you.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide!
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of Latvian Republic may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
How are your products made?
We work with a reliables, high-quality print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
What’s your return policy?
Our return policy is 14 days from the day you received your order from us, which should allow enough time for you to think about your purchase and decide, if you are happy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and issue refunds after 14 days.
Please note that for returns, we can only accept unused items with original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
How does it work?
- Email email@example.com or send us a message via Facebook or Instagram with your order number and products you wish to return.
- Pack your products and drop it off at your nearest Post Office or any other delivery (Omniva, DPD etc).
Once we receive you order, we will check that all products are unused, in the original packaging and original tags attached.
We will confirm we have received your products and with the decision. If accepted, refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically paid to the payment card or the original payment method within 7 working days.
We cannot accept returns of intimate, sanitary and hygienic products, health and personal care items. Gift cards cannot be refunded for money.
We only accept refunds for full priced items, unfortunately we cannot accept returns and refunds for sale items.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. The amount refunded will be the amount you paid for your goods excluding shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping costs from the total order amount.
Damaged or defective goods
If your order contains an item that has been damaged or arrived with a defect, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
We only accept exchanges for damaged and defective items, we cannot accept exchanges for alternative product or product variation (e.g. different colour etc.).
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
